The purpose of a yoga practice is to move energy.
In yoga this current is referred to as Prana, in internal martial arts this current is referred to as Chi or Ki.
Whatever we call this internal current, all traditional healing modalities focus on the moving of this energy to repair, restore and recalibrate the body.
Okay...so we can all agree this prana is good stuff....but how can we take it from something kung fu masters do and apply it to our messy and complicated lives?
We gotta locate it first.
Then we learn how to move it through our bodies.
