Your chance to connect how a pose can either fortify or deplete you depending on the way you weave the breath through it.

Your chance to connect how the application of your internal compass can transform a simple forward fold into a tool for meditation.

This is how yoga works.

We learn to connect the dots.

But sometimes we get distracted.

Instead of connecting the dots we get caught up in the more common practice of collecting the dots.

We work on doing MORE.

More poses.

More books,

More classes.

More “research”.

And in our earnest effort to COLLECT more and more and more we miss out.

We miss out on the alchemy that occurs when we find ways to connect the dots.
