Your body is your house.

The house you live in.

Of course your house is messy.

It is after all, where you live.

It doesn't matter if your house is vintage.

You still need to live there.

Your house might be missing part of the roof.

Doesn't matter.

The windows might have broken.

Doesn't matter.

The door to enter might appear locked.

Well, you still have to get inside.

Even if you need to sneak in the side door.

We build a yoga practice to feel safe in our house.

We weave our breath through our poses to open the windows that we once thought were broken.

We build an internal navigation system so we can travel within and throughout our house even if the door seems forever locked.

This is what we do when we build a yoga practice.

We take ownership of our house.

Think about it.
