Some days we use the yoga practice to heal.
And some days we use the yoga practice to simply DEAL.
We certainly can also use the yoga practice to relax.
Yet if just think of yoga as something we do to "relax", we miss out.
Our yoga practice can be a personal navigation system.
Our practice can give us the tools to LOCATE where we are, to TRAVEL past our prior experience of our body and allow us to inhabit ourselves more fully.
Our practice is a way of building our internal GPS, so we can travel.
Because it is only when we venture into those unknown places that change occurs.
