To make the yoga work we work on the stuff we are not good at.
We practice to go into the deep congestion, so we can wring out what we no longer need and find some space.
Space to move, space to breathe, space to THINK.
We work quietly, and slowly. Because that is how you get the real work done.
Why work so hard.....why expose ourselves to the weakest links in our body and behavior?
We work so hard so we can slide.
There are going to be days where we need to just trust our skills and our experience so we can slide into a place to heal, to breathe, to connect.
The practice is hard so it will be easy the days we need it most.
