Time invested

If we take yoga classes for ten years what does that mean?

Besides that we have taken yoga classes for ten years?

Learning is in NO WAY linear and certainly not dependent on time.

Of COURSE we need time.

Yet we need something more than minutes logged.

At least if we are looking for something more than minutes logged.

To build a skillful practice, to build something that we can learn to wield accurately and effectively, depends on an entirely different framework than the number of yoga classes taken.

  • To build a practice that works depends on WHAT we are learning.
  • To build a practice that works depends on HOW the material is being delivered.
  • To build a practice that works depends on HOW we are supported to integrate a yoga practice into our life....so that it works.

Time invested is important.

But is not the only thing.
