once we build a pose…what are we supposed to do with it?
once we scaffold and support and adjust a pose so we feel better in the body…..
how do we support and adjust our INNER state….our rambling and stressful thoughts?
is there a way to change the patterns of the mind the way we change the patterns of the body?
perhaps we simply need to start with developing our internal compass.
because then we can choose where we go.
