Expect an in-depth deconstruction and reconstruction of the movements and actions required to progress toward upwards facing bow, also known as full wheel.
Learn how to use twists, leverage and mapping to travel the curves of your body and build a backbend that nourishes, revitalizes and works for YOU.
Knowledge and experience with backbends NOT necessary, but a sense of humor and a curiosity of how your body works highly recommended.
