The Individual Summer Sessions are designed to teach the practitioner how to locate, unlock and move energy in the body.
Moving energy is the goal of the yoga practice and can often feel overwhelming (even for seasoned practitioners) when attempted on your own or in a general yoga class.
This is where the individual work comes in.
Our practice supports us when we address our habitual physical habits, when we can see and EXPERIENCE techniques that help us elevate instead of collapse, and are able to locate and unravel energy blocks that we tend to ignore.
Woven within and throughout the practice is deep breath work, tuned to the needs of the practitioner and the architecture of the poses.
The goal is to restart, reignite, and recalibrate the way you teach yourself yoga.
Because we can only learn what we teach ourselves.
