We all  breathe...but do we know how to USE the breath to change our emotional state?

In our practice we work on using the breath as a thread, directing and driving our breath through the poses. 

Distractions are can we stay on track?

We need to train our mind to not get distracted.

The Recipe for Clarity is a simple yet powerful sequence with the lofty but attainable goal of achieving a clearer state of mind.

Expect a VERY short introduction and a deep meditative practice powered by your breath and your imagination. 

One hour. 

Note: The Recipe For Clarity is a breath focused practice that includes gentle twists, folds and extensions. All good stuff. All levels welcomed.
