How we are managing stress through breathing exercises in our Pacifca classes this month:


Our strength and mobility training classes in Pacifica are designed around these three goals:

Decrease pain,

Increase mobility

Build strength.

This month I'm adding a fourth goal: managing stress.

Because these have been very stressful times.

At the end of every class, we're spending 5 minutes on breathing exercises.

Specific techniques, taught step by step.

I want you to have every tool available to you.
