The bent over row is a SUPER fabulous exercise. It builds strength in the back and arms AND builds balance and stability.

But not everyone can do it right away holding a weight in each hand.

If your back or hips or tight, or core feels unstable- the exercise won’t feel good.

And an exercise that doesn't feel right is one you won't do.
